The Mediterranean and our pine grove are part of our identity. We reduce our environmental footprint through efficient water management, recycling, and the reduction of plastics, while working with local experts to plant climate-resilient species that enrich the biodiversity of our gardens.
Natural Resources
We implement responsible practices daily to optimise resource use and minimise our environmental impact. Our facilities incorporate solar panels that generate renewable electricity, reducing emissions and enhancing the resort’s energy efficiency.
Chef Óscar’s Organic Garden
Our gardens provide seasonal herbs, fruits, and vegetables that our culinary team incorporates directly into their dishes. This sustainably managed garden allows us to offer fresh, authentic, and local flavours while reducing our environmental footprint.
Waste Management & Recycling
We recycle PET, glass, aluminium, and cardboard in line with local regulations. Food waste is carefully controlled, and organic residues are transformed into compost, closing the cycle responsibly.
Carbon Footprint Reduction
We monitor energy consumption with intelligent systems, produce hot water through solar panels, use low-impact heat pumps for air conditioning, and rely on LED lighting across the entire resort.
Sustainable Purchasing Policy
We support the regional economy by prioritising suppliers from Ibiza and the Balearic Islands. From Ibizan wines to fish from our waters and meats from the region, every choice reduces transport emissions and reinforces our commitment to sustainability.
Energy Efficiency
We integrate smart technologies to optimise consumption: air conditioning switches off when doors are opened, and night lighting is powered by sunlight sensors, ensuring comfort with environmental responsibility.

Sustainable Mobility
We are committed to 100% electric mobility: buggies for guests and electric bicycles for our team. Our employee shuttle prevents around 150 cars from circulating daily, saving over 95 tonnes of COâ‚‚ per season.

We work hand in hand with local partners such as Can Rich (olive oil and wines), Faltiska (honey) and Meneguelo (fish), among others. Every zero-kilometre ingredient reflects the Mediterranean essence and allows us to offer a sustainable culinary experience with an authentic local flavour.
Dolphin Protection
We support the local project Our Dolphins, which studies the impact of human-generated noise on Ibiza’s dolphins. Acoustic recording technology collects essential data to protect this sensitive species and regulate activities such as boating and fishing.
Clean the World
We partner with Clean the World, recycling hotel soaps and amenities into hygiene products that benefit communities in need while reducing waste.
Lizard Protection
We safeguard Ibiza’s emblematic lizard (sargantana) with mini hidden houses in our gardens, providing safe refuges and promoting conservation alongside SOS Sargantana Ibiza.
BalfegĂł: Sustainability & Excellence
We collaborate with Balfegó, a benchmark in sustainable bluefin tuna fishing, to offer high-quality products on our menus. This partnership supports responsible fishing, ensures traceability and freshness, and respects the region’s marine ecosystems.
Local Crafts & Culture
Through the Estrivancus experience, guests connect with Ibiza’s local culture and craftsmanship sustainably. Workshops and visits teach traditional techniques, support artisan projects, and promote conscious, responsible tourism.
