Hari and Ori are the chefs behind Nela — the ones who lit the first fire in Amsterdam and built a culinary vision that’s bold, honest, and deeply rooted in nature. Their signature approach, focused on seasonality, smoke, and pure flavor, has made Nela truly stand out. Now expanding to London, Dubai, and most uniquely, Ibiza, they join forces with Oscar Salazar at 7Pines Resort Ibiza to create a one-of-a-kind experience that blends their fire-born philosophy with the soul, energy, and freedom of the island.

Óscar Salazar, Executive Chef of 7Pines Resort Ibiza, joins Hari and Ori to bring Nela to the island with a unique pop-up at The View. With experience as Executive Chef at Hotel Aguas de Ibiza and Hacienda Son Antem, and Executive Sous Chef at Ibiza Gran Hotel, where he earned Michelin recognition for "La Gaia," Salazar is known for his mastery of Mediterranean and French cuisine. His dedication to fresh, local ingredients makes him the perfect partner for Nela, creating an innovative dining experience that blends modern techniques with Ibiza’s rich culinary traditions.
