OFFER DESCRIPTION

Supervises the management and coordination of all aspects of the Guest Relations functions including quality and service standards. Directs, implements and evaluates the quality of products and services given to customers and employees.

REQUIREMENTS

2 years experience in same position within a luxury hotel

Proven track record in high class lifestyle resort hotels

Eu Citizen

English and Spanish are requiered. German is a plus.

GR’s are extremely well groomed, natural and charming, very friendly and always professional

A degree or diploma in hotel management or equivalent
